I specialize in working with individual (ages 16+) and couples who are ready to take the first steps toward healing. As a dedicated mental health therapist, my approach is compassionate, empowering, and always focused on helping you feel seen, heard, and supported.
Since 2016, I’ve been walking alongside individuals navigating life’s toughest seasons. Together, we’ll work to heal old wounds, ease emotional pain, and reconnect you with your authentic self. My goal is to help you reduce symptoms, build insight, and grow into the most grounded and resilient version of you—not someone else’s idea of who you should be.
