The Women’s Healing & Connection Group is an online community support group for women who have experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, or other forms of interpersonal or relational trauma. This group offers a supportive, trauma-informed space to build connection, understanding, and coping skills—without pressure to share personal details or traumatic experiences.
The focus of this group is stabilization, empowerment, and connection, rather than intensive trauma processing.
